In cooperation with an European major bank we developed a product, based on our software safeX™ FIDA, which validates reference information from external and internal resources and provides it wherever it is needed in one location. The product itself increases compliance, transparency, performance, scalability and maintainability.
Be AG designed, implemented and supports a tailored IT solution for the communication between client and bank on the basis of SWIFTNet Services FileAct and InterAct. This solution compliant to SWIFT provides the bank with a safe and stable way to connect corporate clients with high flexibility. Due to individual development, customer requirements can be implemented quickly. Connections can be made significantly faster than with standard solutions. The special challenge in this project was to manage the strict certification process of SWIFT.
For the quick retrieval of SWIFT data, e. g. for complaints processing, a web application was developed, where authorized users can research all kinds of SWIFT transactions (FIN News, InterAct News, FileAct Transfers) using different search criteria. You gain online access to the entire SWIFT data base of the past 10 years. The search is executed within a fraction of a second.
With the relaunch of the online banking platform for corporate clients, three separate payment applications turned into one single comprehensive solution. The online services for cash management, order entry and order release in 18 countries (Europe, Asia, Russia, USA) were migrated to a consistent multibank-compatible system. Be AG provided consulting services for conception and implementation of the new service landscape as well as for migration and rollout from the beginning.
For one of our customers, a multinational group, we developed an eInvoicing solution tailored to the customer’s requirements. Requirements for specific formats and integration into the back office applications of the customer were considered, which allows an automated workflow. For electronic invoicing with main customers a consistently automated process was achieved.
Together with one of our customers, a global player, we developed a platform for the release of payments. One important point for the implementation was the embedding of individual release rules, e. g. regarding quantity, position or volume authorization of the signatory. The integration into the existing heterogeneous system landscape of the group including different ERP systems was the challenge.
For the processing of SEPA data with EBA CLEARING as SEPA Clearer, we developed an EBICS interbank solution, designed for a transaction volume of 9 million SEPA transactions a day. EBICS serves as a multibank-compatible standard for the transfer of payment messaging data for the communication from client to bank as well as from bank to bank.
